Replace 'tecnalia.com' with 'tecnalia.dev' where appropriate

Continuation of tecnalia_robotics/common_config!101.

Note that once the above is merged and the devel docker images are build and pushed to Artifactory with the right names, we should revert d8499b1d here before merging.

Have you managed to test this? I am trying to test in https://git.code.tecnalia.dev/tecnalia_robotics/converging/converging_noether_demo/-/tree/test-templates but I am getting some weird GPG key errors.

Possibly the base-devel images you're using there are not the most recent ones? Can you retry now that tecnalia_robotics/common_config!101 is merged and the related jobs have finished?

Yes, with the recent image it does seem to fix the GPG errors, I am getting some other error when pulling one of the depending repos, but I am not sure where that comes from.

Assuming this has nothing to do with the changes here and merging.
