Resolve "Ddeploy job failing when enforcing labels"

Closes #52 (closed)

This is an alternative to !83 (merged). Instead of restoring the legacy build system in docker, it replaces the logic in our template to refer to the generated deployment image by full name instead of ID (which somehow seemed to be problematic when using BuildKit).
