WIP: Make template more generic and add specific instances
Makes the job in .gitlab-industrial-ci.yml a template (i.e. hidden key), and add two specific instances to be used off-the-shelf.

Breaking change!
Starting 2025 we will change the domain of Gitlab Tecnalia (git.code.tecnalia.com). This change will affect all the elements of the platform (repositories, pipelines,...).
