Resolve old Zivid driver

Our rosdep rule installs the latest Zivid driver version. But of the older Zivid sensor we are stuck to version 1.8. I have already packaged a deb file with the package name explicitely renamed to zivid1.8 and uploaded to the Artifactory deb repository.
