Duplicated keys in rosdep database

The proposed suite of tests in !25 (merged) have pointed out that our custom rosdep database contained the following duplicate keys which furthermore map to different debian package names:

rc_dynamics_api
rc_genicam_api (here and here)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
