Breaking change!

Starting 2025 we will change the domain of Gitlab Tecnalia (git.code.tecnalia.com). This change will affect all the elements of the platform (repositories, pipelines,...). We know that this change is critical and we apologize for the impact generated. We will let you know in advance of the final domain that will be chosen as a replacement for the current one.

This commit includes the very first IaC Scan Runner with its original
REST API. The runner currently supports Ansible Lint and we'll be
adding a lot of new checks on the way.
